The pain points of the industry
- Many warehouses, one customer. A large contractor’s order ships from two warehouses, and someone has to know where each item comes from.
- Agreed prices that live in an email. The special price for the big customer is known only by the salesperson who closed the deal. If they’re out, the customer pays a different price.
- Long customer accounts. Customers with dozens of open documents, partial payments and postdated checks, and the eternal question: how long have they owed me?
- Large purchases that arrive in parts. An order of 1,710 bars that arrives on two trucks, with stock that has to go up with each one.
- A large team that sees everything. A salesperson has no reason to see costs, and the warehouse has no reason to touch prices.
How Aty solves it
One inventory, several warehouses. Each warehouse with its own balance, tracked transfers and the occupancy of each one. Stock is never typed in by hand: it always goes through a movement with its reason.
Agreed prices, not remembered ones. Price lists adjust by customer type, and the product × list matrix sets the specific price. Each customer has their own list and credit limit.
Purchases with partial receiving. Purchase orders to suppliers are received in full or in parts; stock goes up on receipt, with the order as a reference, and the order shows what’s still missing.
Customer accounts with aging. Each customer’s debt is sorted by age, and payments clear the oldest balance first. Checks stay in your portfolio with their bank, number and deposit date, and are marked as deposited or bounced. On Pro and above, collection reminders are prepared from the same screen.
Roles and permissions. Owner, Warehouse, Counter and Administration, each with what they need. On Max, permissions tailored to you and the “View Aty as” another role view, to check what someone will see before giving them access.
Connected to what you already use. REST API with keys, webhooks and an MCP server so another system, your accountant or a language model can query and operate the stock with the permissions you grant.
