Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to install anything?
No. Aty works in the browser on your computer and on your phone. The warehouse manager uses it from their phone, without downloading anything.
Can I start with my current Excel?
Yes. You upload the spreadsheet as you have it and Aty recognizes the columns so you can review them before importing.
If I sell the same product on Mercado Libre and on +OGA, what happens?
It is deducted only once from the real stock and the new number is published on all your channels. You can set per-channel rules, like publishing only 90% of the stock on a marketplace.
Can I show my catalog without prices?
Yes. The public catalog can show your prices or “ask for price”, and you choose whether it shows the exact quantity, just available or sold out, or nothing.
Can I send WhatsApp campaigns without burning my number?
Aty lowers the risk: it sends in stages (for example, 200 messages per hour), only during the hours you set and only to contacts who agreed to receive campaigns.
Does it handle guaraníes and dollars?
Yes. Each product can have its price in ₲ or US$, with the exchange rate you set, and it is published in guaraníes where needed.
Do I need to be on +OGA to use Aty?
No. Aty is an independent product. +OGA is one of the channels you can connect, just like Mercado Libre or your store.
Is my data mine?
Always. You export everything to Excel whenever you want or read it through the API. You decide which system gets access and with what permissions, and you can revoke access at any time.
Does it issue electronic invoices?
The SIFEN integration is under development. In the meantime, Aty connects to your current invoicing system through the API.
