The pain points of the industry
- Nobody knows the “free” stock. The warehouse says 412 bags, but 300 are committed to a job quote and 40 to an order being picked up tomorrow. The salesperson sees 412 and sells.
- Several yards, one number in the owner’s head. There’s too much cement in one warehouse and not enough in another, and nobody finds out until the truck comes back empty.
- Quotes that expire without anyone looking. A job quoted three weeks ago goes to another supplier, or comes to you at a price that’s no longer valid.
- Cement in guaraníes, rebar in dollars. Every time the exchange rate moves, there’s a spreadsheet to recalculate.
- Collecting from contractors. Long customer accounts, payments by postdated checks, and nobody who can tell, without digging, how long each item has been overdue.
How Aty solves it
Available means physical minus committed. When an order comes in, the goods are set aside; when it ships, they leave the stock. On Pro, the quote also sets the goods aside for 72 hours with prices frozen, and when accepted it becomes an order. Your salesperson sees what can be sold, not what’s sitting in the yard.
Each warehouse with its own balance. Stock is shown per warehouse, and transfers between warehouses are recorded and tracked. Suggested replenishment looks at actual consumption over the last 30 days, each supplier’s lead time and your safety stock.
Guaraníes and dollars without a separate spreadsheet. Each product has its price in ₲ or US$, and Aty converts using the exchange rate your business enters.
From order to delivery. Orders from every channel land on the same board, with the day’s deliveries and the picking list for the warehouse.
Customer accounts that read themselves. What each contractor owes you, sorted by age: payments clear the oldest balance first. Postdated checks stay in your portfolio until their deposit date.
The same stock on every channel. +OGA, Mercado Libre, Clasipar, Facebook and Instagram, Google Shopping, your WooCommerce or Shopify store and the public catalog, with rules per channel: for example, list only 90% of your stock on a marketplace so you never sell the last units.
