Questions about the plans.

What counts as a user?
Every person who logs into Aty with their own access: the owner, the warehouse manager, the counter salesperson, admin. Customers who look at your public catalog don't count, and neither do the systems that connect through the API.
What is a warehouse or branch?
Every place where you keep goods with its own stock: the head office, a warehouse in Luque, a branch in San Lorenzo. Aty keeps each one's balance separately, plus the transfers between them.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
What you've already loaded isn't deleted. We let you know and suggest the right plan, so you decide whether to upgrade or adjust.
Can I change plans?
Yes, whenever you want. If you upgrade, the new features are available right away; if you downgrade, the change takes effect from the next billing period.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You create your account and get started: 14 days with all the features of the Pro plan, no card and no commitment. When it ends nothing is charged and nothing is signed up automatically: the account becomes read-only, with all your information in view, and you continue once you choose a plan from Settings → Plan and billing.
How does the launch promotion work?
Paying monthly, the first 3 months get 30% off any plan. Starter comes to ₲ 104.999; Pro comes to ₲ 209.999; Max comes to ₲ 419.999 per month, taxes included. It starts running when the trial ends. From the fourth month the list price applies. The promotion cannot be combined with annual billing.
Why are prices in guaraníes? Who charges me?
Because it's the currency you operate in, and it's the one Commet charges you in — our official seller (Merchant of Record) — when you open the checkout from Paraguay: it charges you in guaraníes by card, with taxes included in the price, and issues you the receipt. If someone opens the checkout from outside Paraguay, they see the price in dollars: it's the same subscription, in the currency that applies depending on where it's purchased from. The Custom plan is billed separately, with its contract.
When does Custom make sense?
When you have more than 15 people or more than 10 warehouses, when you need Aty to talk to your ERP or to a channel that isn't on the list, or when you want dedicated support for the rollout. It comes with an annual contract.
Can I cancel?
Yes. On monthly billing you can cancel whenever you want from Plan and billing: it doesn't renew and you keep using Aty until the end of the paid period. Your data is yours: before leaving you export it to Excel or through the API.
Do you issue SIFEN electronic invoices?
Not yet: the SIFEN integration is under development and will be in Max and Custom. In the meantime, Aty connects through the API to the invoicing system you already use.
