The pain points of the industry
- Too many items for a spreadsheet. With thousands of rows, an outdated price or a duplicate code goes unnoticed until a customer complains.
- Prices that move often. A supplier’s list changes and you have to update the price in the spreadsheet, in the store, on Mercado Libre and on the sign at the counter.
- “Do you have it in stock?” on WhatsApp. Someone has to go look at the shelf to answer, and meanwhile the customer asks someone else.
- Differences nobody explains. Three keys are missing and nobody knows if it was an unrecorded sale, a breakage or a data entry error.
- Customers who buy at different prices. The plumber, the contractor and the walk-in customer don’t pay the same, and the salesperson has to remember.
How Aty solves it
A catalog loaded from your spreadsheet. Upload your Excel as it is and Aty recognizes the columns for you to review. After that, each product has its own page with the stock in each warehouse, its movements and its prices.
Price lists by customer type. Each list adjusts the price for a customer type, and each customer has their own. On Pro, the product × list matrix lets you agree a specific price, and promotions have start and end dates.
A public catalog so you can answer without checking the shelf. Send the link to your catalog and the customer sees the product page with real stock, with or without price, and can order from you on WhatsApp right from the product.
Blind counts. Whoever counts doesn’t see what the system expects. Differences are adjusted with a reason, and every movement records who made it.
Reports to decide what to stock. The ABC curve tells you which items make up most of your sales, and margin by category shows where you really make money. Everything downloads as CSV, which Excel opens directly.
